Please join me in offering condolences to the Handler Family and Friends, who held a Celebration of Life for Rich Handler on October 12th. Rich passed earlier in June, and was the middle son of of longtime member Roy Handler (CPD) who passed in 2015. The Handler Family are generational members and supporters of the German American Police Association, please remember them in your thoughts and prayers.
